L2 APPLICATION RELIABILITY ENGINEER

We are looking for a highly technical and results-driven professional with experience in production support and incident resolution in critical environments. This person will play a key role in ensuring application reliability and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux and SQL for effective troubleshooting.

  • Experience in log analysis, Java error handling, and object-oriented programming languages.

  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose permanent solutions.

  • Proactive system and database monitoring focused on:

    • Deadlocks

    • Performance bottlenecks

    • Space management

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide application-level support.
